Tena Sloan, Christian Education & Missions Pastor
Pastor Tena is the First Lady of Oasis World Outreach, who alongside of her husband, Bishop Michael Sloan, leads the Oasis into fulfilling God's call to reach the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Tena specializes in Christian Education and Missions. She has a special calling to the nation of Kenya. She is also the mother of two beautiful daughters, Linsey and Kaylie.

Neil P. Smith, Associate Pastor
Neil has been at the Oasis since July 2004 and is the assistant to the senior pastor. His duties include Pastoral Care, oversight of Adult Ministries, Media and Internet Ministries, as well as pulpit responsibilities. He is married to Julie and has two daughters, Kaitlin and Madison.

Rich Jividen, Student Ministries
Pastor Rich is a product of Oasis World Outreach, having been raised in this church. God has called and raised him up to serve the youth of the church. His responsibilities include ministering to the youth through Bible Studies, Dance and Drama, and Intercessory Prayer. He is married to Tracy and together they have four children: Jonathan, Jessica, Jacob, and Josie.

Pastor Kevin Vaugn, Bus Ministry
Each week several buses pull out of the parking lot of Oasis World Outreach to go into the neighborhoods in Pasco County, bringing adults and children to the house of God. This is done under the direction of Pastor Kevin Vaugn, who has been a part of the bus ministry of Oasis World Outreach since 1996. Kevin is married to Tara, and they have three children: Trey, Tyler, and Bryanna'.

Pastor Marcos Silvario, Oasis Street Ministries
Marcos Silvario leads our HIspanic Ministries and Outreach Ministries. Pastor Marcos comes to us from Cuba and is an exciting minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Each week he and his team go into the neighborhoods witnessing, cleaning the streets, painting homes, and doing whatever they can to share the love of Christ. Marcos is married to Sarah.

Janet Betts, Office Administrator
Since 1997 Miss Janet has served in the offices of Oasis World Outreach, first as receptionist and secretary, and now as the Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. Janet is marriet to Art and has three children: Tom, Tim, and Tori.

Stanley Sloan, Senior Adult Pastor
Pastor Sloan has been in the ministry for over 40 years, having pastored churches in Arkansas and Florida. He has had a very successful ministry. He now serves the Oasis as the pastor of senior adults and as an assistant to the senior pastor. He is married to Fern and is the father of five children.

Dawn Haas, Paradise Children's Ministries & Heritage Academy Administrator
Ms. Dawn serves Oasis World Outreach in the area of Children's Ministries and Education. She has worked with children in bus ministries, children's church, as a school teacher, and now as an administrator. Each week she ministers through song, sermon, visual effects, and games to share the Word of God. As the administrator of Heritage Academy, she oversees our daycare and K2-7th grade school. Ms. Dawn is married to Ted and has three children: Caleb, Lacey, and Taylor.

Michelle Axthelm, Paradise Kids Jr. Church & Assistant Administrator, Heritage Academy
Ms. Michelle serves in a dual role as the director of our Jr. Kid's Church where she leads our younger children in worship and God's Word, and as the assistant director of Heritage Academy. Michelle is the mother of Kaci and Chase.

Pastor Charity Wilson, Latter Rain Music Ministries
Praise & Worship are a huge part of the ministries of Oasis World Outreach. Our music ministry is directed by Charity Wilson, a young lady with tremendous ability and a powerful anointing of God's Spirit upon her life. Pastor Charity leads all worship services, directs the praise team and choir, along with special services and events throughout the year. She is married to Jesse, a minister in our congregation, and is the mother of Caleb and Jessica.

JR Davis, Facilities Manager
Mr. JR is an Elder at Oasis World Outreach, a leader in Life Net Cell Groups, and the Facilities Manager of the church properties. He is the glue that keeps our buildings and properties in order. Mr. JR is married to Arlene, and is the father of two married sons.
